Caryaati may provide software, marketplace, booking, partner, mobility, payment, support, AI, and business workflow services. Some transactions may involve independent rental companies, suppliers, payment providers, or other third parties.

• Availability, vehicle details, pricing, deposits, insurance, mileage, fuel, cancellation, delivery, and other transaction terms may be set by the relevant provider or agreement.
• You are responsible for reviewing transaction-specific terms before confirming a booking, purchase, application, or service request.
• Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply separately when you use those services.

Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and use the account only within your authorized role and permissions.

• Do not share credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to access another user's account, data, or permissions.
• Keep company, booking, payment, contact, and operational information reasonably accurate and current.
• Notify Caryaati promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

You must use Caryaati services lawfully and must not interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or normal operation of the platform.

• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, or bypass authentication or permissions.
• Do not use the service to submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or intentionally harmful content or transactions.
• Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond what is permitted by applicable law, your agreement, or an authorized API.
• Do not misuse personal information or confidential business data obtained through the platform.

Fees, subscription charges, booking amounts, deposits, refunds, taxes, and payment timing are governed by the applicable order, booking, invoice, provider terms, or service agreement.

• You are responsible for amounts validly incurred through your authorized account or transaction.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.
• Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and deposit releases depend on the relevant service and transaction-specific conditions.

Caryaati and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, brand assets, interface, documentation, and original content, except for content owned by users or third parties.

• Your right to use the platform is limited to the access granted for the applicable service or agreement.
• You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, while granting the permissions reasonably necessary for Caryaati to process that content and provide the requested service.
• Third-party trademarks, images, data, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Caryaati aims to provide reliable services, but websites, integrations, networks, external providers, and software may experience interruptions, maintenance, errors, or events outside reasonable control.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided subject to the warranties and service commitments expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
• Any contractual liability limits, service credits, or remedies stated in a signed service agreement take priority for that contracted service.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Caryaati Privacy Policy and any data protection terms that apply to the relevant service or agreement.

• Users must only submit information they are authorized to provide.
• Business customers remain responsible for their own legal obligations when they collect, upload, access, or use personal information through Caryaati tools.

Caryaati may update these Terms when services, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated version should show a revised effective date on this page.

• Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or material breach of applicable terms.
• Applicable law and dispute arrangements may depend on the Caryaati entity, service, and written agreement involved in your transaction.
